Balloon Assembly Crew Member
As a Balloon Assembly Crew Member, you’ll be the hands-on team member bringing our stunning balloon displays to life! Your role involves preparing and assembling balloon décor for events, ensuring every display is flawless, and delivering the RMB brand’s signature style. You’ll work closely with the event design team to create visually striking and on-brand displays.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble balloon arrangements and displays for events
• Transport and set up balloon displays on-site
• Ensure the highest quality of balloon arrangements for events
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure design visions are executed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in event setup, balloon design, or related hands-on roles preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (balloon equipment, supplies, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for on-site event setups
• Ability to follow design instructions and work within brand guidelines
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends for event setups
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry out tasks for extended periods of time
• A positive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating beautiful displays
As our Social Media Manager, you will lead and grow our online presence across all major social media platforms. You’ll develop content strategies, manage daily posts, and interact with our online community to build a loyal following. You should be creative, stay on top of trends, and have a passion for storytelling through digital media. This is a unique opportunity to shape the RMB brand’s voice and create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and curate engaging content (photos, videos, and captions)
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
• Track and report on social media performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with the team to promote products, events, and services
As a Shop Brand Ambassador & Sales Associate, you will be the face of RMB, representing our brand in-store while engaging with customers and creating unforgettable experiences. Your role will involve helping customers select products, promoting RMB’s services, and ensuring the store is a vibrant, welcoming environment. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for spreading awareness of our brand, assisting with in-store events, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll help drive sales and ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression of RMB.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect products for their event needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Process sales transactions and maintain store organization
• Help create and promote in-store displays to showcase our products
• Represent the RMB brand at local events, assisting with setups, and interacting with customers
• Promote the brand through in-person customer engagement and social media
• Contribute to store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
• Assist with event coordination, setup, and teardown when needed
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for events, parties, and celebrations
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Creative and able to contribute ideas for store displays and promotions
